Always critical, sometimes angry
Let’s face it... We all get a little bit angry sometimes; long lineups, no staff, customer service policies that make no sense, poor attitudes and bad service from retail employees. For over 10 years I was that guy you spoke to when you ‘wanted to see a manager’. I’ve been both cursed at and praised, sometimes within the same hour.
This is just a little blog to share some of my daily interactions and experiences as both a customer and a ‘customer service provider’, as well as giving some my own insights from 13 years working in a retail environment.
